Yeah, that's a big thing with me. Although, one could argue that those too apathetic to vote are unlikely to follow the issues that need to be addressed anyway, so they'd be making an little more than an uneducated guess.
Even so, one would have to live in a bunker to be totally unexposed to the concepts by the time election day rolls around.
